• Model numbers and search terms you type into the Service so we can find matching replacement parts.
• Photos you upload of appliance labels. These images are sent to our AI provider only to read the model number from the label. We do not use them for any other purpose, and they are not stored long-term after processing.
• Email address, if you choose to sign up for updates or early access.
• Usage and device information collected automatically, such as your browser type, pages visited, and general interaction data, through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use your information

• To provide the core service: identifying parts, showing prices, and linking to suppliers.
• To read the model number from any photo you upload.
• To send you updates or early-access information, if you opted in.
• To understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.

Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service. They only receive the information needed to perform their function:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes uploaded photos and model numbers to generate parts information.
• Google Analytics — measures website usage.
• Formspree — handles email sign-up submissions.
• Supplier and affiliate partners (such as RepairClinic, PartSelect, AppliancePartsPros, and Amazon) — when you click a "Buy" link, you are taken to their website, which has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information.
